India: INR 9,900 pilot, INR 14,900/month continued service; United States: USD 199 pilot, USD 299/month continued service; United Kingdom: GBP 149 pilot, GBP 229/month continued service; Australia: AUD 299 pilot, AUD 449/month continued service; EU/EEA: EUR 179 pilot, EUR 269/month continued service; Rest of world: USD 199 pilot, USD 299/month continued service. Applicable taxes are additional. The pilot supports up to 10 domains and continued service supports up to 25 active domains unless a written order states otherwise.
What the pilot includes
The standard pilot includes up to ten active domains, a posture baseline, sender and owner inventory, a prioritised remediation queue, weekly partner-branded reporting, and two working sessions.
Refund condition
The pilot fee is refundable if the first agreed domain cannot be onboarded for a technical reason within seven days after the customer provides the required reporting path, access, sender information, and approvals. This is not an outcome guarantee.
Cancellation
Either party may stop the pilot before additional work is authorised. Work already completed and costs already approved are not refundable except under the onboarding condition above or where applicable law requires otherwise.
Enforcement boundary
No policy change is made solely to meet the 30-day deadline. Quarantine or rejection is recommended only after authorised sources and alignment are sufficiently understood.
